From the "Revised" records of Baptist Church of Norridgewock, located in the home of Charlene Albee, handwritten notes in possession of Laurence Emery Ullmann: May 29, 1890 voted to call Rev. C. M. Emery to the pastorate. When he was supplying the pulpit he was from Limerick - preached Apr 6,1890. May 26, 1895 - rev. C. M. Emery preached his last sermon from the text "He must increase but I must decrease" It was a sermon of great power and breathed the spirit of Christ in every sentence. It closed a faithful pastorate of five years.
