He married a wife named Maria who outlived him. We find no record of his life-work. He died about the beginning of the year 1798. Elisha Perry was appointed to administer on his estate Jan. 22, 1798, and his widow Maria was made guardian of his minor children, Archelaus and Franklin, Dec. 11, 1800.
