MRS. EMERY OF ELMHURST DIES AT AGE 84
Mrs. Marjorie Wilder Emery, 84, died yesterday in her home at 284 S. Kenilworth av., Elmhurst, after a long illness. She was the widow of William Harrison Emery, president of the Chicago Rawhide Manufacturing company, who died in 1938.
Mrs. Emery served for more thgan 40 years on the boarcnof directors of the Patkl Ridge School of Girls. Her maternal greandfather, William F. Tucker, settled in Chicago in 1847 and became the owner of thed Briggs House hotel, formerly on Wells and Randolph Streets,
Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Norman R. Hanson, of Elmhurst; and five brothers.
